First Time Signing The Books

Please fill out this form if this is your first time signing the Out of Work Books for IBEW Local 291 in Boise, ID. If you have previously signed our books, you will need to click “Sign the Books” and complete the form.

In order to be placed on the Out of Work Books, you are required to submit a current Dues Receipt and a Travel Letter no more than one year old to DispatchAdmin@Ibew291.org. Failure to complete this form or submit the required documents will result in a delay in your registration.
