AGREEMENT RATIFICATION On Thursday, October 5th the IBEW’s SCT-3 and Locals representing Directv Technicians, Office Staff and Warehouse professionals ratified an agreement with Directv. The bargaining committee appreciates the thoughtful feedback from it’s members before and during the process of bargaining. We believe this agreement provides good wages, industry leading benefits, and the respect our members deserve for their careers. This was a team effort, with a special thanks to SCT3 Chairman Paul Wright from IBEW Local 21, Bargaining Committee Chairman Marshall Chambers from IBEW Local 769 and all the members of the Committee who worked to provide a tentative agreement our Members would ratify.

Tenative Agreement Reached for DIRECTV Technicians The IBEW System Council SCT-3 is proud to announce a Tentative Agreement between the IBEW Locals represented by the Council and DIRECTV. The Committee would like thank Paul Wright, the SCT-3 Chairman, Marshall Chambers from IBEW Local 769 who acted as Chair of the Bargaining Committee and the rest of the bargaining committee members.
Here are some of the highlights of the tentative agreement:
- Wage Increases: The agreement includes substantial wage increases that will help improve the financial well-being of our members.
- Benefit Improvements: We have successfully negotiated a reduction in the premium costs our members share for their Healthcare Benefits.
- Guaranteed Work Hours: The tentative agreement includes provisions that guarantee work hours for our members, providing greater job security and stability.
We believe that this agreement represents a significant achievement and a step in the right direction towards enhancing the quality of life for all members of our bargaining unit. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each member of the committee for their hard work and commitment throughout this negotiation process.
In the coming days, we will be sharing more details about the tentative agreement, including a schedule for informational sessions and a ratification vote. Your input and feedback are important, and we encourage you to participate in these sessions to ensure that the agreement aligns with the needs and aspirations of our members.

Tentative Agreement Reached With DIRECTV
We are excited to say, as of April 27th @ 11:32 MST, the IBEWs System Council T-3 with the assistance of Locals 768 and 291 have reached a tentative agreement with DIRECTV covering almost 600 employees in the Pacific Northwest. The Locals would like to thank the Company’s team for bargaining in earnest and working diligently to come to an agreement that helps our members continue their careers assisting the customers of DIRECTV. The 4-year contract includes improvements to members' wages, working conditions, and continues the robust benefits that define their careers at DIRECTV, including healthcare, pensions, and 401ks. The Locals would like to thank the union advocates that filled our bargaining committee. Their dedication to their fellow workers is a testament to the representation our Unions believe in and advocate for daily. Their efforts were invaluable to reaching this settlement and the entire team asks our members to ratify this agreement with their collective voice.
